July 23 · IvanMercury insurance was paying for my rental. I drove to the bodyshop for my appointment.Ben said enterprise would pick me up in 20 min. After 20 minutes Ben called them and they told Ben they would pick me up in 5 minutes. They never came and Ben apologized. I told Ben I’d just walk to enterprise. Upon arriving they had no idea who I was,and they obviously weren’t gonna pick me up. I was upset after I said my full name , and they didn’t acknowledge not picking me up. There were other customers seated and waiting. I let them be helped, and an employee said to me he’s got a Mitsubishi. It had about 100 long scratches everywhere.i took photos everywhere. I was concerned they would charge me for a scratch. The plastic was scratched inside. The worst part about while I was taking pictures(i didn’t get his name) he started a speech about not charging if the scratches were small. I asked him about a particular scratch, and he started raising his voice to me, and said if I keep quiet this will go quicker. I couldn’t believe it. I was concerned this had long scratches and interior damage, and this enterprise employee raised his voice to me, and insisted I keep quiet so we can be done with this. I just had great customer service with the bodyshop, and calls to spectrum, and samsung. I was thinking of going elsewhere but my insurance company had an agreement with enterprise. I think the owner needs to know lies and raising your voice to a customer. I hope the owner sees this, and is interested with this situation.it won’t be hard. It was a black Mitsubishi with around 19000 miles., and literally scratches everywhere. The owner is welcome to contact me. Please don’t tell me to speak to a chat agent. Hopefully my cars ready and i will pick it up tomorrow.
January 23 · JonathanI do not recommend this place at all. I normally do not write reviews, but my experience has been so awful that I have to write this review. While my car was in an auto body shop, the auto body shop provided me with a rental car from this specific place. So the auto body shop was supposed to be charged for the rental. However months later, they charged my card without my authorization. It is now 7 days later and i have been spending time out of my day, calling each day for an update for my refund. I have been calling them and then the auto body shop back and forth. Not only are not apologetic, they do not call back with updates (so you have to be the one calling them), and they wanted to continue to tell me "why" this happened because someone in the office left etc.; where this is irrelevant to my issue, all i want is my refund which is still nowhere to be found.Update- It is now the following Friday 08/08/25 and this problem now has been going on since 08/01/25. The manager at this location went from stating that it will take 3-5 business days for me to get refunded to now stating that their accounting department is still working on it and he does not have an exact time frame for when I will be refunded. This is a huge corporation that cannot get their accounting department to refund me the amount that they took out through their own fault. I have no words.RUN, don't walk.

She was on the run, helping numerous customers, but kept a positive attitude, and made sure everyone was satisfied.The only downside. The car I got was extremely filthy. Wasn't washed, and there was so much dirt and crumbs inside!A week after returning my car, I let a worker named Jannic know how filthy the car was, and he knocked $30 off the total to make up for the inconvience. Thank you so much!
