I regularly get stuck behind vans for this company when driving on Highway 100. They often drive in the left lane under the speed limit and slow down traffic. MOVE RIGHT SO THAT FASTER TRAFFIC CAN PASS.
December 17 · JoeTwin City Mobility are not honest. I have a brain injury and need transportation. My case manager scheduled a ride for me to a medical appointment. After being 20 minutes late, I called to inquire and was told, "driver is on way" and still did not come. I had to cancel medical appointment due to driver not being on time nor communicating.Twin City Mobility was not truthful in telling my case manager a different version and minimized their irresponsibility.The next appointment, I called the company and left several messages on voice mail on Twin City Mobility voice mail with no response. Twin City Mobility did not show up.Twin City Mobility told my case manager that the driver was at my home. This again, was not truthful. No phone calls, no communication.As a person with a disability, this is disheartening that a company would not be honest and lie about their services.

And then when they would fail to show up and I called them they kept saying they had been there and waited for 5 minutes even though I was at the door early and around 20 minutes after just to make sure that I got to my destination at all. They fail to communicate and they blame their failure to show up or be on time on me.
