The handsome, dark-skinned, sexy, cute, black man who sat at the taller front desk and helped me Saturday morning (9/27) did an amazing job. I had five cars to choose from, and he let me check out all of them. I ended up with the one he suggested, and I'm glad I did. The process was quick, and smooth. His fine self had me out of there in under 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take him with me (maybe next time) but I did leave with a great car. Overall, I had an amazing experience & will be renting with Enterprise again!

What's the point of me coming in for an appointment at 10:00 when the car isn't ready. It's not even washed. AND JUST SO ANYONE THAT IS READING THIS REVIEW THEY ALWAYS WASH THE CAR AND LEAVE IT DRIPPING WET WHEN THEY DO A WALK-AROUND WITH YOU LOOKING OVER THE DAMAGE. 🙄🙄🙄 . YOU WOULDN'T BUY A CAR ON A RAINY DAY WOULD YOU??? 🤷🤦. It's good that they do wash the car before they give it to you but they also do not dry it whatsoever so 5 minutes after you've driven away with your freshly washed rental it is covered in water spots and looks terrible. While I was there I also heard an employee say to another customer that they had to clean the smoke damage out of a car before they gave it to her. "Bruh, they spent like 8 minutes cleaning it 😆. Typical snooty mentality in car rental places I don't know why but it is common. I always write a review in the most honest and fair way.I WILL NOT USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN I WILL GO WITH HERTZ💪

Very DisappointedMy experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Brockton was terrible. The staff showed very poor communication and customer service. They don’t seem to care about their customers — only about their own policies. The employees were rude and unhelpful, making the whole process stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I was delayed, left multiple messages about it, I will be there delayed by 1pm. Got there at 12:30. They claimed they never got my voice mails, never called back and gave away my reservation. Claimed the phone number where I left voice mail for Enterprise in Brockton isn't theirs. Played their voicemail on speaker phone in front of them, still denied it is them. Whack!
