★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently made a reservation online for a luxury vehicle at this location. Said they had one available online. So I booked it. Upon my arrival to the enterprise location I was informed they didn’t have any luxury vehicles in their stock and they usually don’t carry any. I explained that it showed that they had a luxury vehicle available online and that’s the whole reason why reserved that location. So instead of me getting a luxury vehicle. I ended up with a Nissan rogue SUV. Upon inspection of the vehicle, the front bumper was cracked and there was a horrible smell inside the vehicle like someone threw up inside it. I mentioned this to the representative and he just laughed it off. I took the vehicle out for about an hour sprayed air fresheners in it, and everything still couldn’t get rid of the smell. I returned the vehicle back to the enterprise location within an hour and told him that there is no way I could keep this vehicle and that I wanted to switch it out immediately. I contacted the enterprise, customer service team and explained my situation and told him if we could not resolve it, then I would be contacting my credit card company to investigate the situation further! upon reaching out to the regional manager, I was able to switch vehicles and they provided me with a luxury vehicle, which was a 2024 Mercedes SUV. This car was extremely nice and clean and suited my needs. But this location does not care about the customer service or making sure the cars are actually clean and sanitary inside upon inspection and pick up for the customer. Also fix your website! If you don’t offer luxury vehicles at your location, then you need to make it unavailable on the website for your location. I strongly recommend anyone to use a different location and avoid this one!

She flatly refused to look at my card and ID and refused me service. I went to another Car Rental company where I was able to rent a car smoothly. This is the first time I have ever made a complaint about a business, but I feel strongly that I should not let this experience pass. The girl who did this needs a reminder to treat ALL People Equally.
September 29 · Anna NacnuI was told prior to renting they would have a vehicle like my Tacoma ready for me as I told them I had a work event and needed that kind of space for packing.When I arrived they had a huge truck ,far too big and costly so I opted for the jeep. I find dirt,food etc after adjusting the seats and I ask them to please clean it from the last renters .Next morning 4,00 a.m.Jeep does not start,alarm going off if you open the door unable to shut alarm off..Roadside gets the vehicle started with a pop out key.Following morning, same thing,4.00 a.m.Jeep not starting ,alarm going off.Roadside assistance tells me to get to a convince store somehow and buy a new battery for the key fob for thier vehicle !!!.They instruct to try to start with a pop out key and I go back to the sales dealership at 9.00 a.m. and they put a battery in the key fob and promise to call me at 5.00 p.m.to switch the vehicle.I did not receive a call, 6.00 p.m.The vehicle would not start again for 2 hours..Vehicle is showing on dashboard it does not recognize the key fob.Alarm going off.I then call roadside ,again the pop out key gets the jeep temporarily started.I tell them to bring me a vehicle,a small truck like I was originally told I would get,or even another jeep or similar that I had a work event this weekend and needed,to pack the vehicle Roadside assistance told me if I drove the faulty vehicle, with my gas money to Logan International Airport in Boston from Worcester they would switch it there . I am outraged. !!!This has been the biggest inconvenience and probably loss of work now that it's the weekend. Tomorrow back to the sales dealership.I will never use Enterprise again .Once it's 6pm until 9.am your out of luck if your vehicle breaks down.Ther is no way of getting a replacement vehicle unless of course you can make it to Logan Airpot in Boston. Have to say Nick has been helpful.
October 18 · Katherine DudulaChoosing not to work past 5pm is unprofessional and bad business if you close at 6pm. I called at 5:18pm and the female rep who answered the phone stated, "We close at 6 ma'am." To which I responded that I was aware of the closing time and I was close by. If you close at 6pm, I should have been able to reserve a vehicle and drive away with it because I was told you have compact vehicles available. It is 5:38pm as I sit outside the establishment writing this review. DO BETTER!
August 29 · Phoebe GonzalezI couldn't return my rental on time because I landed in the hospital, so my son-law returned it. When he explained the situation, the company did NOT charge us for returning it without a full tank of gas. The car was very clean and beautiful and handled very well, also.
