Would give 0 stars if I could. So unprofessional, no sense of urgency or empathy. They had barely any cars and tried giving me a car smaller than my personal vehicle. They ended up giving me one that was a bit bigger than the first one they were going to give me, but it hadn’t been cleaned inside or outside. I took it anyway as I had already been waiting forever. Trying to contact them via phone is impossible. They will put you on hold for over 30 minutes and you have to keep calling back just to be put on hold over and over, no matter what time of day you call. They told me I could return my rental to the collision center as they didn’t have anyone to pick me up, 6 days later and still haven’t gotten my refund for the deposit. Absolutely shady!!! Do not rent from here!!
September 02 · Jess Van Attawould give ZERO STARS if I could. Absolutely unprofessional ( the female was at least trying to help) but sounded like a circus in background when on phone. I dropped rental off at body shop per Hertz instructions. They didn't pickup for days after and are trying to charge me for extra days and damage to vehicle. At 1st they told me the driver was liable still even though I handed over keys. I asked where was that stated and the female told it wasn't. Then her manager told me it was " common sense". Then when I was unhappy with that response he told me it was in contract. ABSOLUTE JOKE-been getting runaround with different departments and 800 numbers. I will NEVER use hertz again.
September 24 · Tony DiFonzoI reserved a vehicle in April. I reserved an EV with purpose and intent. It was important for me to have an EV for this occasion. Not a hybrid, not a gas-powered vehicle. I needed an EV car. When I arrived to pick up my rental vehicle (June 18), I was told that all they had was a pick-up truck, which would definitely not work for me for this occasion. I said I would cancel and was told that I wouldn't get a refund. The customer service rep reluctantly put me in a gas-powered Nissan Altima. He demanded I have it back because he needed it for another reservation. (Screw me on my reservation?)With no other choice, I agreed to take the car. The car was filthy; sticky steering wheel, disgusting cup holder, muddy floor mats and smelled bad. That staff was less than friendly with no empathy or concern. They made me feel as if it was my fault that I was disappointed that they didn't have the vehicle I reserved. Just an overall poor experience. I'll go to Budget or Enterprise next time.
June 24 · Lawrence WestI made reservations for a Thrifty rental through Expedia and got the Manager's special, so I was a little confused to pull up to a Hertz when I got to the address. While they do not have a phone number that they answer regularly - so I could not call in advance to request the type of vehicle I needed - I was able to make the request for a larger vehicle with leg room and storage space when i arrived, as I was traveling with 4 adult sized teenagers and their luggage. Tyrone was cleaning another vehicle in the garage area and was the only one working the desk that day but he helped me get exactly the type of car I needed and even helped me park my personal car in a spot that would be safe while I used the rental. He was kind, patient, and efficient. When I returned the vehicle, there was a line of about 4 customers but the wait was no more than 10 minutes and Igor helped me be in and out quickly and didn't even charge me for being a little late! I got a Ford Escape that was clean inside and did not smell of smoke or animals. It is a smaller location so they do not have a large variety or quantity of stock but they do try to make sure you get what you need.

Some of the kindest and honest people when my family went in on June 9th. These people put up with a lot of nonsense and still try to have a smile on and be polite. Got helped by the guy who had the motorcycle. Very nice guy who seems like he deals with a lot of nonsense.
