I rented a high-end luxury SUV from Enterprise for over two months, and it was nothing but problems—check engine lights, flat tires, overdue oil changes, and even missing oil. The experience was a nightmare. Never again with Enterprise—I’m done.***Update as of 04/15: I contacted Customer Service and left my information for a callback—unsurprisingly, no response. It’s clear the owners have no intention of addressing concerns or listening to feedback. The reply from Isabela appears to be a generic, AI-generated response used for all reviews.
April 15 · Not Your businessReserved luxury category (Audi or BMW) at the Granada Hills location. Upon arrival, there was no luxury vehicle available. The "best" I was offered was a Ford Bronco or Chevrolet Equinox, both by far no luxury or premium vehicles. Also, both are no sedans. Ended up choosing a Toyota Camry, which had scratches, dents and holes all over the car. The inside was old and outdated. Car had over 60,000 miles on it. Unbelievable, that this piece of junk is still offered for rent. In addition, once the AC started doing it's thing, the car revealed itself to be a smoker car. Absolutely disgusting! I had to come back to the enterprise location to swap the car for another piece a crap car with way over 50,000 miles on it. Nissan Altima this time.Is usually rent from Sixt, who stands behind their business and rents cars that are well taken care of for the same price. I only picked enterprise because there is a location in my neighborhood. Never again though! Lesson learned!
August 05 · Chriss TianI arrived at the Granada Hills location with hopes that it would be a smooth transaction. Considering I had a reservation in place and was punctual. Upon arriving Lilly began gathering information from me. In the process, the phone began to rang. I am in agreement with taking a call and asking the customer over the phone if they can please hold for a moment when one is already assisting a customer in front of them. What was supposed to be a moment turned into a 15 minute conversation. In the midst of this never once does Lily make eye contact with me To signal, I apologize or it will just be a moment longer. In fact, she proceeds to continue her conversation and when I ask Josh If he could please step in and assist us, she hangs up with the current customer. She was on the phone with and takes yet another telephone call! Never once did she apologize and or seem empathetic whatsoever. In addition Josh, whom I understand to be a manager at this location, did not follow through with his word as far as the daily rate discount that I was going to be receiving due to a prior conversation between Chatsworth location and the Granada Hills location. The vehicle also that was provided to me, was not thoroughly cleaned out and had stains and crumbs on the seats and underneath the seats. Due to me already now falling behind on my plan drive that I had. I decided to wait until I was back from my trip and speak to somebody who overseas this location aside from Josh. However, I phoned in today, hoping to be provided with the name of a district manager not only was I denied one. I learned that the person that I was speaking to all along over the phone was Lily. She also placed me on hold and then all of a sudden the call disconnected. When Josh phones me back and I share with him that I’d like to speak to a district manager, he asks me if there is something he could do? As I proceed to share the information with him, he has every excuse as to why the things that took place did. And proceeded to tell me he has never had anybody complain about Lily before yet. I go onto Google and see reviews about the lack of customer service that Lily has provided customers with. Needless to say, this isn’t the first time and unless someone steps in to bring this matter to her attention and she takes it seriously people are going to continue to experience events such as the one I did on Thursday. Needless to say, Josh wasn’t helpful in the matter, refuse to provide me with a name and number Of a supervisor and/or manager That I would be able to provide the above information to. He proceeded to say that he would phone me back and kept repeating. God bless you as I tried to disconnect the telephone call.
