September 28 · Crystal LaneMy worst rental experience with enterprise by far. Also the worste experience among any car rental so far.First we had to waste about an hour going for our passports even though we had valid ID and driver's license - I don't take this into the review evaluation as I am not sure if it was actually necessary or not. They didn't try to explain or communicate it in a very polite way though.We bought a car class upgrade for bigger boot and comfort, paid extra insurance based on the car class.We asked to add a secondary backup driver for which they charged us extra 15 dollars per day without mentioning that to us at all, we only noticed that later on when they sent us the contract by email.The car we picked had technical issues. It vibrated noticeably and was very loud at higher speeds and was screeching and banging at lower speeds,especially over speed bumps etc., like a loose suspension or something with the tires. We decided we don't feel comfortable to use it for 7 days and contacted our branch via the given contact email in our contract - it's been 12 days since and nobody replied to us till today.We then stopped at another branch along our way to try and exchange the faulty vehicle, but they had nothing available. It took us 3 days and 5 branch visits to exchange the car for a SMALLER, lower class vehicle with zero interest from the original branch, even though we reported the problem at the other branches too and they said they will make a note in their system and our branch should contact us.It's unbelievable that there is no cental system where they could make a reservation of another vehicle along our route and just replace it.We ended up paying extra for a better car that we didn't actually have, extra for insurance of this higher class vehicle, and the whole proces was a total pain. We didn't hear from the branch till today at all.Our previous experience with enterprise was always good, I guess customer service is no longer their priority as it used to be.And yeah, try finding an email contact for complaints or customer service. If you don't have a US phone number, you have no way to actually deal with your issues or report a problem. In the digital age, the only way to reach enterprise customer service is via a phone line.And the cherry on top was the fact, that I literally asked if the car has a full tank and they said yes. After we left I noticed it wasn't actually full, meaning if you return it full, you're giving them extra 15-20$ worth of fuel, which seems like a practice in a scam shop and not a reputable company. They have enough time to actually refuel their vehicles, this just seem like they do it on purpose.Anyways, if we didn't have technical issues, I might have been now giving a 4-5 star review like most people. But I guess you find out the actual quality of services only when there are some problems to deal with.

The guy that was there when I returned the car was also great (wish I asked his name). I’d definitely rent here again, even if the prices were slightly higher than elsewhere.
June 30 · Rebecca GloriaDina goes out of her way to make it harder for Black customers to rent cars at this location. She refused to accept my legal, VALID driver’s license, yet I had no problem renting from Hertz with the exact same ID. Train Dina better, because not every Black customer walking through your doors is a suspect.
September 20 · SamiraI used this location for my car rentals for many years, but not anymore. I've often had issues with getting a car in the vehicle class I booked despite confirming with a staffer by phone that they'd have the car. The latest time this happened (about two weeks ago) the staffer who checked me out was so rude I won't be back. He began to check me out with the type of vehicle I'd reserved, then suddenly said it wasn't in the inventory and moved me to something else which was not in the class I booked. When I objected, he said not to make it his problem because it was his first week on the job, and that if I wanted the car I booked, then I should've gone to the airport location. He was visibly annoyed with me, but I was about to make a long drive to a funeral, so I didn't have the time or bandwidth to argue or ask for a manager. When he handed me the keys, he said "I know you have insurance but don't crash the car." That was his goodbye. Yikes! Could just be one bad employee, but I don't want to risk another run-in like that. Traveling is stressful enough as it is. When I returned the car the next day, I saw another customer returning the same car that I had been refused. I wrote privately to Enterprise customer service about the experience, but it was ignored, so I'll warn the locals. Avoid this place. EDIT: I promptly did exactly what the commenter below from Enterprise asked me to do, and that went ignored as well. Avoid this place.
