This place is a clown show. I reserved a full-size (1/2 ton) pickup months in advance so we could move my daughter and all of her stuff into college. The reservation specifically said "1/2 ton" and had a picture of an F150. I went to the Hanover branch the night before at my scheduled pick up time and was presented with a Nissan Frontier. Nice truck, but not even remotely big enough for the amount of people and cargo we had. The rep told me my reservation had the "or similar" disclaimer. I'm sorry what? They are similar in that they both have steering wheels, but they are in two completely different vehicle classes. She offered no further help or resolution, so we had to scramble, at 5:30pm on a Friday, to find another rental. Of course, nothing else was open and we were set to leave the next morning at 6:00am. This forced us to take two vehicles, which was incredibly inconvenient and took away valuable family time in the car with our daughter. You had one job. Clown show.

August 06 · Kristen St. AmourThe staff are 10/10!!Me and my girlfriend found ourselves in a tough spot right outside of this Enterprise, so we walked in an hour before closing and checked if they had any available cars. Unsurprisingly, with it being so late in the day, there were none. The staff there let us wait for our Uber in the air conditioner store, let us used their water/coffee machine, offered to drive us somewhere close nearby if it would be helpful, and even let us use a phone charger when one of our phones died. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating and we were not even customers. If they took that good care of us as two strangers in need, they’ll take great care of you when you visit!
July 08 · Matt BilottaI rented a car from them and immediately ran into problems. They met me at Lucchettis where my car was being worked on. The young lady who delivered the car said “lucky you the car was just detailed”. I looked at the car and noticed it hadn’t been washed at all so I just disregarded her comment only to find out she meant the upholstery had been cleaned. I arrived at work that day visibly wet from the interior being damp.The plan was to return the car at 10:30 the next day. I called at 8:30 and told them that I needed to meet them in Quincy. The man in the phone did no problem we’ll see you at noon. They never showed up and I waited for 45 minutes on the sidewalk waiting. Several phone calls later and leaving messages I connected with “Nin” at the Hanover location who said that I talked with the wrong guy and shouldn’t have taken his word that they would pick me up. She confirmed the notes weee in the system but in spite of that said that because of the way I communicated I would be charged for a 3rd day of rental. I finally returned the car the same day myself to Beale st. In Quincy and relayed this information to the manager Sean who said he would take care of it and I never should have received this treatment from Nin and that he knew her. Lo and behold I never heard back and was charged over $300.00 on my credit card. Here’s the deal-stay clear of Enterprise if you are looking for a professional experience.
