August 28 · Ange RauhLike my have previously stated, I rented a Mid-Size SUV. We got to the location the ONLY CAR THEY HAD was a economy SUV. Desk clerk said a manger would have to refund the difference in vehicle. Took car and returned with no problem. Talk to desk clerk upon return and was told I would have to call 800 number for refund. Called 800 number and was told since I accepted the downgrade there was nothing she could do. Reminded her it was the only car on the lot. She told me I could have cancel. It says on THEIR agreement, "non refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable." Plus they did not disclose and additional $60 fee for Required Liability Protection. I told them I have my own insurance and credit card protection. The desk clerk never said anything about Required Liability Protection. Apparently it is in a 20 page discloser that you have to sign on the size of an IPhone. I would give them a zero rating, but not an option. Terrible company and customer service. Will never rent from them again.
March 12 · Brian FitzpatrickDO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THEM!On the day I rented the car, the car stopped working, it had a tire problem that they refused to fix, and they don’t have a direct contact to talk to them and the road side assistance said it wasn’t their problem.You’re paying to be treated like garbage.They also charged me $105 for 35 minutes late on the return when they should have the grace period. Which when I return the car they said I would have an email about the return which never happened, when I saw my credit card bill I called them and they said it was too late for resolving the issue.They don’t resolve any issues.The car was dirty and it smelled really bad.

First time in Aug 2018, The rental process is quick, but It took me than 30 minutes for just car washing. 2nd time Sept 2018, no vehicles at all, and told me to come back in 2 hours. They are terrible to mange car inventory.This is the third time that they said they don't have car available. Today is 6/1/2019
