After being assigned a car, took an additional 40 min to actually get the car. Maybe they just don’t have enough cars for the demand. From arrival to pulling off probably an hour and 15 min.

After waiting over an hour+ I got a vehicle with a dent (had to point it out to them to confirm it was received this way). Day 1 a faulty tire. Back on long line for a replacement. Will never visit this plane ever again. They don’t seem to care if this Payless run or not. No reflection on Avis.
