This place was called a total of four times! They had no ETA the first three times and didn't bother to put the return request into the system for the first and second calls. The driver didn't provide any information for whom to call for a return ride and the driver didn't have a.a step stool or seatbelt extender for either trip. I had to agree that they were not responsible for any problems arising from not being able to use the seatbelt, despite it being their fault that an extender was not provided. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have had a couple drivers I didn't like, but overall pretty happy with my experience. I hope the dispatchers would just be a little more honest when there will be late. I understand logistics play into the timing of people getting back home. But I feel blessed with The Trumbull County Senior Levy.

Never had a more terrible ride service than them. I implore anyone who thinks about taking their services would and most likely have a better time with another ride service.

The only good drivers are Tom & Junior, the other drivers are ignorant, and disrespectful, all you are is an inconvenience to them and they speak to you like you’re a piece of garbage. The amount of disrespect these people have is disgusting. Drivers will arrive more than an hour early, before the facility is even open and want to drop you off in the dark, below freezing temperatures!!! Comfort CARE NOTHING! That’s the LAST thing they do is care.
February 16 · J WTerrible! I work in dialysis, these people leave our sick patients waiting for HOURS to be picked up. They have the SAME time that they're ready to be picked up and dropped off 3 times a week, and STILL, these poor patients are left in our waiting room for hours. Then when you call ( if they even answer the phone) they like to say " 15 minutes" . Please don't ever entrust these people with your loved ones. I wouldn't trust them to pick up my dog! It's sad. Don't give them any of your business!
