★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The car rental process was easy enough, the car was good, but when you need customer service afterwards because they forgot to check your car back in and then charge your credit card for 5 additional days, that’s insane! It was more than the original rental for 10 days, and I brought it back on time!!!!!!! Only one man was working the desk and older gentleman said if there was nothing wrong I could just turn in the keys!, which I did, they apparently didn’t check the car back in for 5 days, I took pictures when I dropped it off of where I parked it and the mileage, and I know there are cameras everywhere but you can’t call to speak to a human, you have to go thru the website with a 3 to 5 day turn around all while my card has this on it!!!! I’m so upset,,,,Update it’s now June 18th spent 60 mins in the phone most of it on hold to tell me they would take care of it in 4 to 5 days it’s been over 8 this is horrendous you basically charged me twice for the fact you were short staffed and screwed up. I’m livid.
June 19 · Christy BradyI ordered and paid for the rental online, but when I came to pick it up, I was advised I needed a credit card to take the vehicle. Since I was traveling, I did not have an extra credit card with me. My cousin did, however, so we added her, and even though she presented two different credit cards and the worker could see they were credit cards he said his machine did not recognize them. He had no manager or anyone he could call to assist. He then proceeded to state we needed a $500 hold and a credit check to get the vehicle. I have never heard of such a thing. Also, there has been no one to speak with over the phone to get any answers. I now also have a bill for an additional day although I had the car less than 24 hours! It was a one-way rental dropped back to the airport at 4 AM. This entire experience has been horrific and I will tell anyone I know to never use these services.
July 28 · Antonia WaltersMy 2025 Nissan Versa rental with 12K miles on it died on the highway 250 miles from home, I waited 2+ hours for a pickup, then was rudely placed in the exact same model vehicle I had just been in. Then, as the cherry on top, they charged me again for another car, a total more than the original quoted price to begin with. After 45 minutes on the phone I finally got the extra charge removed, 5-7 business days, not even an apology. I have never had such a horrible rental experience in my entire life.
