Easirent Car Rental Harry Reid Int. Airport (LAS) Introduce
For many traveling through or residing in the Las Vegas region of Nevada, securing affordable and reliable transportation is a high priority. Easirent Car Rental Harry Reid Int. Airport (LAS), located just minutes from the main airport, presents itself as an off-airport car rental agency aiming to deliver budget-friendly rates by avoiding the high concession fees associated with on-terminal facilities. Operating from its location at 3176 W Martin Ave, this branch offers a variety of vehicles for both visitors flying into Las Vegas and local residents needing a temporary ride.
The core proposition of Easirent is to leverage its proximity to Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) without incurring the premium operational costs, allowing them to pass those savings on to the customer. This can make the initial quoted price highly competitive when searching for a rental car online. The agency focuses on providing a modern fleet, with various vehicle categories from economy models for city cruising to SUVs and even electric cars like the Tesla Model 3 for broader Nevada exploration.
However, potential renters in Nevada should be fully aware that an off-airport location and low base rates often come with specific procedures and policies that can significantly impact the final cost and the customer experience. The local community has noted several challenges regarding service speed—with wait times up to an hour reported—and the application of numerous additional charges that can inflate the final bill well beyond the initial reservation price. These may include surcharges for driving outside Nevada, extra fees for local renters, and mandatory insurance purchases if the required documents are not readily available. Therefore, customers are strongly advised to meticulously review all terms and conditions before finalizing a booking.
This agency serves the broad general car rental market, catering to both incoming travelers seeking airport-convenient service and Nevada locals requiring short or long-term vehicle solutions.
Easirent Car Rental is situated at 3176 W Martin Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89118, USA.
While the name suggests an airport affiliation, the branch operates from an independent facility a short distance away from the official Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) Rental Car Center. This off-airport positioning is key to its competitive pricing structure, as it helps the company avoid the substantial taxes and fees levied by the airport. For customers arriving via flight, Easirent provides a complimentary shuttle service from the LAS Rental Car Center, which runs frequently during business hours to transport renters to their main office on West Martin Avenue.
For local Nevada users, the location provides reasonably good access, being near the interchange of I-15 and I-215, which makes reaching the office from various parts of the Las Vegas Valley straightforward. On-site access and facility considerations include:
- On-site Parking: The facility offers parking on-site for customers needing to leave their personal vehicle while renting.
- Wheelchair Accessible Entrance: The premises include an entrance designed for wheelchair accessibility.
- Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lot: Designated parking ensures convenient access for customers with mobility needs.
The branch maintains extended operating hours, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, which is helpful for accommodating the frequent late-night arrivals and departures common at the Las Vegas airport.
Easirent Car Rental provides a standard range of services expected from a full-service car rental agency, with a focus on catering to both tourists and local renters:
- Diverse Vehicle Fleet: Offers various types of vehicles, including economy, compact, mid-size, full-size sedans, SUVs, and even electric vehicles (EVs) like the Tesla Model 3.
- Complimentary Airport Shuttle: A shuttle service runs from the official LAS Rental Car Center to the off-airport facility for all arriving customers.
- Onsite Services: All check-in, paperwork processing, vehicle inspection, and drop-off procedures are handled directly at their 3176 W Martin Ave location.
- Optional Insurance Products: Offers Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Supplemental Liability Insurance for purchase at the counter, although customers can often use their own insurance if proper documentation is presented at pick-up.
- Optional Mileage and Geographical Exceptions: While the standard terms often restrict travel to Nevada, the agency offers options to purchase additional mileage or permission to drive outside the state (e.g., to the Grand Canyon) for an additional daily fee.
The Las Vegas Easirent branch promotes certain operational features and policies that distinguish its offering:
- Cost Efficiency Model: Its non-airport terminal location is designed to maintain lower operating overhead, which is the primary driver for competitive starting base rates.
- Modern Payment Flexibility: The agency accommodates various payment methods at the counter, accepting all major Credit cards, Debit cards, and modern, touchless NFC mobile payments.
- Brand New Vehicles: The fleet is promoted as being modern and well-maintained, with vehicles averaging under 12 months old, providing customers with the reliability and features of newer cars.
- Local Renter Policies: Specific policies are in place for customers considered local renters (those without a flight reservation), which often involves a surcharge or an additional security deposit.
- Roadside Assistance: The agency typically offers 24/7 roadside assistance support as a standard inclusion or an optional extra for peace of mind while driving in the vast Nevada landscape.
For reservations, customer service inquiries, or to clarify policies before booking, the Las Vegas Easirent branch can be reached using the following details:
Address: 3176 W Martin Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89118, USAPhone: (725) 213-7355Mobile Phone: +1 725-213-7355Business Hours: Monday through Sunday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Easirent Car Rental is most worth choosing for the local Nevada user or budget-conscious traveler whose priority is the absolute lowest initial quoted base rate. The off-airport model is structurally designed to achieve this, offering competitive pricing that often undercuts the major on-airport brands. The complimentary shuttle service bridges the gap in convenience, making it nearly as accessible as an on-airport facility, especially for travelers with time to spare. Their diverse fleet, including electric vehicles and AWD options, also offers excellent flexibility for various travel plans, from Strip visits to desert excursions.
However, potential customers must exercise a high degree of caution and attention to detail. It is essential to understand that the initial low price can be rapidly escalated by what customers have reported as non-negotiable or surprising "Extra Fees." Key areas to scrutinize and clarify before signing any contract include:
- Geographic Restrictions: Driving outside of Nevada, such as to the Grand Canyon, may incur a significant daily surcharge (reported as high as $25/day), or even a large penalty up to $1,000 if not pre-approved. This is crucial for anyone planning a Southwestern road trip.
- Insurance Documentation: Be prepared to provide comprehensive, detailed proof of your full-coverage insurance policy. The agency may require policy details that are not readily visible on a standard insurance card. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in being required to purchase their costly in-house insurance.
- Local Renter Surcharge: If you do not have a flight reservation, you may be automatically classified as a "Local" renter and subjected to an additional daily fee or a larger deposit.
- Vehicle Condition and Maintenance: Customer feedback highlights issues with vehicle readiness, such as low tire pressure or low oil life. It is imperative to perform a thorough pre-rental inspection, document everything with photos, and verify the fuel level before leaving the lot to avoid disputes upon return.
- Wait Times and Customer Service Resolution: Prepare for potentially long wait times at the counter and be persistent when dealing with customer service issues, particularly regarding mechanical problems or reimbursement claims, as follow-up and internal communication have been cited as major difficulties.
In summary, if you are an experienced renter in Nevada who meticulously documents all vehicle details, pre-reads every line of the rental agreement for surcharges, and is willing to accept potential trade-offs in customer service efficiency for a lower bottom-line price, Easirent may offer savings. For the average, busy traveler, however, the risk of inflated final costs and reported customer service frustrations suggests that a higher-priced, more streamlined experience at a major airport counter might be a better value.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1There was nothing easy or affordable about renting from this place! I DO NOT recommend it! It looked sketchy when I walked in. I waited in line for almost an hour, there were only two ppl working. The gas tank was not full, but the contract clearly required me to return it on full. The car was not checked for routine maintenance; tire pressure was low and it ran out of oil during my trip, it only had 8% oil life remaining with two more days left of my rental. Customer service told me to "take it to a mechanic" then hung up on me, after saying they would transfer me to the branch. Two calls later another rep tells me she has to reach out to branch mgr to get approval for them to reimburse me for the purchase of the oil and will have to call me back. When I returned the vehicle I waited in line for an hour to submit a reimbursement claim just for them to tell me "their servers were down". I had to leave my receipt and hope they submit the claim. My confirmation said I was supposed to pay $399 at the counter and they charged me all kinds of additional fees, I ended up paying 687 bucks for this rental. I would have received better service at a better rate from a rental place at the airport.

September 25 · Esteban ArcilaI like others wish I had read the previous reviews. This is a 0 star for me. Arrived and was number 3 in line it took 2 hours from my vacation time to get out of there. Never in life have I waited this close in line and watched their personnel do everything but care for their customers. They had ONE person actually working to get customers taken care of. I was called to the counter by an elderly woman and waited while this Representative did what she eventually called "side work" then instead of getting me taken care of she rushed to take a FedEx envelope and keep me waiting longer. She then called someone else while I pulled up my insurance because I declined their insurance. By the time she got me started the couple that was behind me, being taken care of by the ONE decent working rep lady, were done and gone and she was on to the next. There was no reason anyone should wait 2hrs to be taken care of with incapable people at the counter who care nothing about the customers time. The car was nasty inside and the seats looked like they've never been cleaned. I will never recommend this location. They are miles from the rental car lot and you have to take a shuttle to get them from the car rental location. The cost was low but the crap customer service isn't worth it while you're trying to enjoy the start of your vacation. Spend the extra money and use a valid rental service. Worst rental car experience ever in my years of renting.
September 10 · Tasha RoblesThe process to getting the car and bringing the car back was extremely easy. Eric was very accommodating with checking in with me. He was very patient kind and made me very comfortable with knowing that I was getting a safe vehicle to enjoy my Las Vegas trip. Rob Also made the process of checking in extremely easy. We walked around and inspected the car, sign the papers we were on our way. The shuttle pulled up. We were out and it was a quick and smooth process. I will be back renting with Easirent every visit from Vegas.
July 14 · Ms. BluI don’t ever post bad reviews. But if it’s saves people the hassle and frustration then so be it. Steer clear away from using this rental company- it is not worth it for the price that you’re “saving money”. We arrived at LAS at 11:45am, headed to the rental car shuttle by noon not realizing that this rental car company is located 10 minutes away from the airport and had to take a second shuttle. That was all fine and good til we got to Easirent where we were met with a line of 18 customers waiting in line. The person in front of us had stated he had already been there 30 minutes and the line had barely moved and no one could really understand why there was such an issue. An hour passes and we are all trying to understand what the hold up is- come to find out they don’t only need to see your car insurance card but also need to see your entire policy list of insurance which they needed to see that collision/liability and comprehensive was on there. Which obviously no one really has on hand just their insurance card, or unless you have your insurance app. (Mind you most people in line were a little older/ no shade)The tellers at this location are absolutely horrendous when you finally get to them (when we finally got to the desk it had already been 2 hrs) we came prepared with DL, CC, pulled up my insurance card and app. And then when it was all gone and good the man helping us disappeared for another 10 minutes to find the car.We were also only here for 24hrs and had reservations to make it to so this ate up a lot of time that could have been avoided had they maybe put up signs to indicate what to prepare for once you’re there for people who have a harder time with access to apps/websites etc. Oh also- since it was a Sunday- everyone who had to call their insurance to retrieve their insurance policy list had trouble doing so as most places are closed Sundays. The tellers might have a better attitude had they been more proactive with posting signs to remind their customers that they’d hope would come back to use them again- to make EVERYONES life easier. But we all know why they do it- so people will give up trying to look up their policies and have to fork up the extra $30/per day for THEIR insurance. Which by the way in of itself is bogus and no one should be purchasing rental car services insurance as it really doesn’t cover ANYTHING.I will say though, returning the car was fine- our guy Early who works there is a sweetheart and should get a raise. The only pleasant experience we had with this company.Otherwise- DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Not even for how inexpensive it is.
