October 05 · Blair NelsonI rent a car once a month (for the last 6 months) from the Deer Valley Enterprise location, and every single time, I am greeted by a kind, helpful staff. I’ve been helped by Brian, Tony, Justin, and many others, who have all been a pleasure to work with when renting. You can check-in online, but in-person is just as quick, and they will make sure to give you all the details you need. They typically offer the choice between a couple different vehicles, which are always in great condition. If it’s not, they’ll make sure to make it right! I’ve never had an issue getting my deposit back either, which has been an issue with other rental companies. Overall, this location is 10/10 and I will always recommend my friends and family to rent cars here!
August 26 · Cass AlexMy friends and I booked an SUV for a trip a month and a half ago prior to the day we arrive. This Enterprise did not communicate that our vehicle was unavailable and had a recall. We showed up to pick up for our trip and they let us know they did not have a vehicle for us. The branch manager Jalen decided to belittle my friends that we did not have a vehicle and it was our fault for the SUV we picked out to be recalled. This enterprise’s customer service is the poorest quality . We ended up going to a different Enterprise and was met with empathy and was able to find us a vehicle for our trip and did not have to cancel our reservations made months advance. I do not recommend going to this Enterprise.
October 10 · Desi BarcalaRented from this location on 19th Ave a couple months ago. Through my insurance. They weren’t too busy only because it was like 30 minutes before closing. But they figured it out. There wasn’t much staff left but hey they did what they had to do to get me in a car. I was cool with it. The walk around was easy. Nothing on the vehicle. Took my card for a deposit which I didn’t understand because insurance was paying for it but whatever. It was only $50. Drop off was easy. I had to drop it off after hours. They sent me the closing the very next morning. Simple.
September 13 · Bo Ld JIf I could give a zero star rating for this branch, I would! I have waited well over 90 days before posting this review, as I wanted to ensure all the paperwork "drama" and items were returned to us. I am giving the short version of what we went through otherwise this will be a novel by the time I am done. We spent more time exchanging out vehicles than we did enjoying our vacation! If you have to use this branch, make sure to get names of every employee you interact with and pictures as proof. DO NOT expect the manager, Logan, to do his job either. He is more concerned with his job title than actually doing his job or ensuring customer satifisfaction. He kept telling me to call the branch where I picked up the vehicle from. Um, that branch is over 2,000 miles away, what are they going to do???? This branch was asked by another branch to upgrade our vehicle due to our situation and he refused. We ended up exchanging out 4 rental vehicles before getting a working vehicle. Instead of him dealing with us from start to finish, he pawned us off onto other associates, as he was too busy (there were 3 other people waiting and they were in the same party). After asking numerous times if we were all set and they didn't need anything further from us we left. 20 min later the branch manager, Logan, calls and says we need to return to the branch as they didn't have our credit card on file. He couldn't get it to process over the phone and he wanted to send us to another branch closer to our next destination. He advised us he had called that branch and they would be expecting us, shocker, he lied. That branch manger had never even heard of him and had no clue we were coming. Their credit card machine had been down all day.If they kept him in that role as manager, I hope they retrain him!!! To make matters worse, 3 days after getting back I receive an email from their claims department saying this branch had file an accident/damage claim for the 1st vehicle we were given!!!!!LONG and PAINFUL story short, customer satisfaction is NOT a priority to them! Sadly, don't expect much from their cooperate office either! Took over 30 days to get everything situated.Knowing what I know now I would have taken pictures of each of the vehicles we went through. The photos I have posted are just a small picture of the headache we went through.
