Etter called me up to check on my pickup time, which was great!My problems started when I got to the location and Victor started acting weird. He seems to be very busy or feels like he’s busy - not sure if he’s actually busy or thinks he’s busy. When we started reviewing the options to pick from - Victor was all about you have this and whatever I give you will be an upgrade as if it was at his mercy even though my insurance pays for a premium car. He was rude throughout and his manager - Brittany was watching all this. When I got into the car, it wasn’t smelling the best and definitely had a lot of smoking done in that car. When I requested to help replace the car with non-smoking option; he just vanished in thin air and came back to say that he can’t do anything for me. In short, he didn’t have any intention to help me out.Brittany was watching everything unfold and jumped right into help me with another SUV, and went out of her way to get the car cleaned up. She spent at least 30 minutes past the scheduled time and made sure that I felt with my rental.If not for her outstanding customer service and empathy (which was 5 ⭐️), my experience at this location was absolute disaster. I could have given this location a 5, however it does disservice to the rudeness and disrespect from Victor towards his customers.

September 04 · JanaeThe worst experience ever! As a 26-year-old woman, I’ve never had to deal with car bookings and rentals before. So, when I was involved in an accident at no fault and then had trouble getting the rental car, it was a nightmare. I highly recommend booking with any other rental company except Enterprise!Unless you’re dealing with Levon from the Newport Beach location. He went above and beyond to help a customer in need and answer questions. But the rest of the store is worthless. They don’t provide reliable cars, and when their cars break down, they prioritize those who booked them over those who can’t drive safely.The salespeople there are the most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered. A couple of days ago, I picked up a car that already had a sign saying it needed a tire replacement. I’ve included pictures of the issue.To make matters worse, the insurance company requested a car similar to my Tesla 3, which is listed as a “premium car” on Enterprise’s policy. Instead of giving me the Tesla, they’re trying to settle for a Nissan Altima for $75 a day, even though the insurance company is willing to pay for the Tesla.When I went back to Enterprise and they said they only had Nissan Altimas available for $75 a day, they miraculously found a Tesla with all sorts of problems. The tire was low and needed to be replaced, and there were other issues as well.It’s frustrating that Enterprise couldn’t provide me with the car I needed and that they prioritized their own customers over those who couldn’t drive safely.

The guy who answered the phone was very rude and didn't have any intention of helping me figure out how to drop off the rental car. He even gave me wrong instruction for the drop off. All I needed to do was just drop off the rental car at the repair shop when picking up my repaired car, but he said I must drop off the rental car at the rental location in-person and then go to the repair shop. If I had not checked with the staff at the repair shop, I would have wasted my time and effort changing my work schedule to arrive at this rental car location before 6pm since they only accept in-person drop off.

All they do is over talk to customer, rents out damaged vehicle just to try to blame it on their customer. They really need to get audit on how they are treating their customers. Don't believe me, read all the 1 star reviews. All of them are complaining the same thing, horrible service. Get them replaced
