This is one of the cleanest, most efficiently and professionally run rental car places I have ever used. I returned my rental car this morning and the office was open and ready at 9AM (Sunday). I handed the key to the same polite and professional young man who gave me the car a week ago, and within minutes I had my email receipt on my phone. He has a disciplined and professional way about him that I think would make him successful in any job.

Urgent Complaint – Discriminatory Behavior and Unjust Charges at Enterprise Locations in Stone Mountain and Decatur, GATo Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a series of troubling experiences I had with multiple Enterprise Car Rental locations in Georgia, starting with the Stone Mountain branch, located at:6107 Memorial DrStone Mountain, GA 30083During a recent visit around 9:30 AM, I witnessed and personally experienced unacceptable customer service and misconduct from the location's manager, Zeiss. A Black African woman was already seated and visibly upset after being denied the reserved vehicle she had booked. I was assisted by a courteous Caucasian customer service representative, who was doing his best to help.However, the manager, Zeiss, interrupted the process and aggressively questioned the representative about the car I was renting and my insurance coverage. He instructed the representative to pressure me into purchasing Enterprise’s insurance policy, claiming the branch would not profit otherwise. I explained that I had full primary insurance and secondary coverage through my American Express card.Despite this, the manager told me to go elsewhere if I didn’t purchase the additional coverage. I then went to the Snellville, GA Enterprise location, but they informed me they didn’t have the vehicle I had originally reserved, though they offered a sedan as an alternative.Hoping to retrieve my original reservation, I returned to the Stone Mountain location. At that point, the manager became extremely hostile. He used racial slurs, including the N-word, and attempted to escalate the situation physically while I was already on the phone reporting the incident to Enterprise Customer Service. The woman I had seen earlier was still waiting after more than two hours, and I confronted the manager about the poor treatment of both customers. Rather than resolving the situation, he told me to leave and to never come back.After that confrontation, I continued my search for a rental and went to another location:Enterprise – Covington Hwy4114 Covington HwyDecatur, GA 30032This location is only about 7.5 miles away. The customer service assistant there was initially polite, but after I explained the bad experience I had at Stone Mountain, she added an extra charge for the exact same car I had originally reserved—despite my existing reservation and confirmed rate. This felt unfair and retaliatory, and it made me very uncomfortable.As a result of these experiences—particularly the racial discrimination, unprofessional behavior, and unjustified charges—I no longer feel comfortable renting from Enterprise. Unless these issues are thoroughly addressed and the Stone Mountain location manager is held accountable for his actions, I cannot recommend Enterprise to others nor will I return for future rentals.I hope this matter will be taken seriously, and I urge Enterprise to take prompt action to uphold the standards of customer service and respect that every customer deserves.Finally my conclusion statement is to the customersTerrible experience at Enterprise Car Rental in Stone Mountain, GA (6107 Memorial Dr). My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Enterprise! We don’t rent cars often, but Robert at the front desk made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful, personable, and took the time to walk us through everything with patience and care. His exceptional customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression.The car we rented was in great shape and ran very smoothly—definitely a 10 out of 10! We would absolutely return to this location specifically to work with Robert again. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Enterprise many times, including airport locations, but I always find myself coming back to the 6101 Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain location. The customer service here is unmatched, and the staff is consistently friendly and professional. Theo in particular always goes above and beyond — he's professional, personable, and gets the job done right every time. It’s truly a pleasure walking in and seeing him there.Not all Enterprise locations are the same. I recently rented from this location for a trip to Florida, and unfortunately had a flat tire during the trip. The service we received in Florida was disappointing — despite starting with a brand new vehicle, the replacement we were given was clearly the worst on the lot. That experience only reminded me how excellent the Stone Mountain location is.Theo and his team are the reason I keep coming back. He definitely deserves a raise!

The young man with the dreadlocks chose my car for me. I told him I had a CDL, so I was perfectly comfortable with a bigger vehicle as long as it was still in my Price range. He chose a Pathfinder, and it was so perfect. I loved it. I almost wanted to see if I could not turn it back in, and get away with it. 😂I’ll definitely be back to this location.
