I wish I could give this review 6 stars!Recently, on a weekend, the site faced an unprecedented crisis due to a vehicle shortage and extended delays, resulting in a crowded waiting area filled with extremely angry customers! Many individuals took out their frustrations on Maddie, but she consistently maintained a professional demeanor, exhibiting exceptional patience and understanding in the face of adversity. Her customer service skills were exemplary, and she successfully diffused tense situations with her kind, tactful, and composed approach. Despite being subjected to loud verbal abuse and nasty criticisms, Maddie was amazing and kind, demonstrating top-notch service. As a loyal Enterprise customer, I will continue to rent from this location and highly recommend it to others, thanks to Maddie!

This location is the definition of disorganized, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful of people’s time.I booked a car days in advance and went out of my way to triple confirm—calling the night before and again an hour before pickup—only to be told the vehicle they promised me had already been rented out. They then offered another option, only to call me while I was on the way to say that car was also unavailable due to damage.At that point, their “solution” was to push me into an electric car, which I had clearly said would not work for a long drive from LA to San Francisco on a tight schedule. Instead of giving me a straight answer on what was actually on their lot, they told me to waste more time driving down so I could “walk the lot” with them. When I reminded them that I had booked in advance and asked to be upgraded if they couldn’t provide what I reserved, they deflected.When I finally arrived, they tried to hand me a beat-up compact Toyota RAV4—completely different from the midsize luxury SUV I had reserved (BMW X5 / Land Rover class). And once again, they tried to force the Tesla.The end result? I had to cancel, take an Uber home, and now I’m late to an important event in San Francisco because Enterprise couldn’t do the single job they exist to do: honor a confirmed reservation.This location is a complete failure of customer service, accountability, and basic professionalism. If your time matters, avoid this branch at all costs.
August 20 · Michael DaneAt the Alamo near LAX, we rented a full-size SUV. After driving for a while, the brake fluid warning light came on, and the car developed a problem. Driving a large vehicle in a foreign country made us nervous. Alamo service number directed us to this location, one of their partner stores.The branch was busy with walk-in customers, and the phone was ringing constantly, yet Kion remained committed to providing courteous service. Although there had been no communication from Alamo about us, and it was obvious even to me that they only had vehicles reserved for other customers, he somehow managed to find a car that could just fit our family and luggage.With only one staff member inside and one outside, I thought it might have been easier if there had been another person dedicated to answering the phone.In any case, I truly appreciate Kion’s help, and wanted to let him know that we were able to complete our trip comfortably. Although I was frustrated that Alamo did not offer any discount for the change in car size, I was grateful to encounter such attentive service. The other customers were also waiting patiently and kindly, so it didn’t turn into a bad experience after all.

I waited nearly 40 minutes, had a confirmed reservation, and was then denied service due to your own equipment failure—leaving me stranded late at night.If Enterprise is serious about resolving this, I ask that a manager contact me directly regarding reimbursement for the Uber expenses I was forced to incur. Otherwise, this feels like copy-and-paste damage control, not customer care.-----------------------------------Zero stars if I could. After waiting nearly 30 minutes just to be helped, I was denied the car I had reserved because their scanner was broken. This was not an issue with my license or payment—it was their equipment failure. The employee just shrugged and said, “Sorry, nothing personal.”It was late, every other rental company nearby was closed, and their only “solution” was to send me to LAX. If I wanted to rent from LAX, I would have booked there. Instead, I was stranded and forced to pay for an Uber to Laguna Niguel.This is not just bad service—it’s a failure to honor a reservation and a bad-faith business practice. Customers should not suffer damages because of a company’s incompetence. I expect corporate to respond and explain how they plan to make this right.
