★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I got the rental thru my car insurance since my vehicle was totaled out. I only had the car for 11 days, but they called me and told me to bring the back because they needed to swap it out. So I go let them swap it out but in the meantime I had put the insurance on the car which I paid for and then they added more on to the bill at the end. Then said that they had to replace gas. I turned it in but was not aware that this site is not open on Saturday and Sunday. So called one of the main offices and they said to leave the keys with the guard in the guard shed. Which I did but on Thursday I received a call from my claim adjuster stating that I did not return the car. Which was a lie.I was charged again for gas and bumper to bumper coverage on the car which. That could not explain why theses charges were added. And I told the representative that they are scamming and ripping people off. By adding charges to the bill that cobered already. Shoddy practices at this locatiin.

I asked if there was a shuttle service that can take me to another location? The driver was extremely rude because the GPS took him to the wrong address. August 04 · Marquitta ShumateWatch your credit card statements. This location appears to be running a scam. I had a vehicle in for service that included a rental. This was late Dec 2024 into the first week of Jan. 2025. Enterprise charged my credit card $225 TWO MONTHS LATER! Also, of note I did not get an email or call about the charge. They just tried to sneak in.When I called they claim Bill Luke didn't pay them for the rental. I've called my service writer twice now with no call back.Also, this location tried to give me a Jeep Compass that wreaked of cigarettes. Then I was given a Dodge charger that had front end and brake problems. This is the first time I've had any issues here. I've had to use this location 4 times previously.
March 05 · Pyrat WeslyHorrible experience. Had to drop off a brand new car for service and had a vehicle approval through the dealership. They said it should take up to 30 min, I sat 6 feet from them for over 30 min and they say nothing, so I ask where my car is and they say that they don't have one, and don't have an ETA on when they will have one.
May 08 · Clinton BoozeWorst experience of my entire life at the location at Bill Luke. Dropped my car off, went to get a rental and immediately met with attitude “where your paperwork” huh! I responded you need to walk back over there and ask for your paperwork. Long story short I mentioned I was going to leave a review the guy turned around told me to leave I was not getting a car. The dealership sales guy saw how rudely I was being addressed immediately contacted another location who was on-site within minutes helping me rent a car. Said they were going to speak to the district this was almost 2 weeks ago. I still have yet to hear from anyone, so for enterprise today they pride themselves on customer service is an absolute JOKE. This location is rude, unprofessional. Sadly the auto techs all came over apologizing and saying they have had issues with the leadership in this location. So I will not be going back to Bill Luke and I am working with my company now to get enterprise removed from our preferred vendor list. Next time you say you are going to call someone DO IT!
