October 25 · melissa krawitzWe used to love the company; however, during this year the service is notably decreasing.Today, my biggest concern is about the operator Ter Kim. Several times he just hangs up while you are talking with him on the phone. Today was worse. My 90 year old mom had scheduled a trip at 9am, so I called at 8:31am to confirm if the ambulette was coming on time because we are ALWAYS on time for them. Ter Kim confirmed to me that the ambulette was 15 minutes late. Then, at 8:39am Ter Kim called me to let me know that HE decided to cancel the trip and give it to another transportation company.What happened? My 90 year old got very distressed and afraid. Instead of an ambulette, a car came for her which was very uncomfortable and of course the car came after 9am either way because it was requested at the last minute.Greentrip should send Ter Kim to a Customer Services Training focus in Elderly, so probably he would understand that 1) The company brings a service to a client, and not a favor. 2) Learn respect to others, especially to elderly, in our case a 90 year old person with Alzheimer, Heart disease and other critical illnesses who easily get distress with a situation like the one today.
