Booking was easy and the two employees I had contact with went above and beyond.As I walked up to the Sixt stand in the airport, I was greeted by Maria with a polite hello and a beautiful genuine smile asking about how I was doing and welcoming me to Pittsburgh. Maria answered all my questions and got me in and out to pick up my car in a quick yet not rushed manner. I appreciated Maria the most for her respectful manner and her personal touch. Every employer needs a Maria.Upon return, unfortunately I did not get his name, but a nice young man went above and beyond helping me delete my phone from the car computer system. I was a little hesitant since I never used them before, but they were exceptional. Destiny at the front desk was so friendly and informative. She answered all my questions & explained everything thoroughly (gas, tolls, coverage, etc). Erica at the end when I returned my car was also wonderful with great energy & so helpful. The staff here are fantastic! They even upgraded me for free just because. My jeep wrangler was a great ride & I even “got ducked” so you know the car is in superb condition inside & out. I will definitely book with them again because I had no issues with my reservation, no wait lines, & the entire process was smooth. This rental company has only been around for 2 years. They are the best kept secret. Thank you SIXT!
May 01 · Alisa Elstonegave a very poor rating because my rental experience was extremely disappointing.When I arrived, I was treated rudely by two employees—one tall man and one Black woman. There was absolutely no sense of customer care. I had reserved an economical Jetta, but they forced a Mercedes C300 on me without consent, saying it was the “only option.” This resulted in extra fuel costs I didn’t agree to.The car was very dirty, the fuel tank was not full, but I still returned it with a full tank. Worst of all, the front right tire had a visible bubble — extremely dangerous. I didn’t hit anything, and I carefully showed the tire issue with my finger to your staff, even asking the manager to bend down and look closely. They gave me a Volvo instead, which was still dirty but they said, “It’s fine, nothing will happen.”After all that, I received a damage claim email, even though I was the one who reported the issue honestly. If I hadn’t said anything, you wouldn’t even have noticed. I feel punished for being honest. This was the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had.

Even though it was an incredibly busy time during parents weekend for several colleges, she greeted us with a smile, a great sense of humor, and even handed out temporary tattoos for our kids which really made their day. Her friendly attitude was such a welcome change, especially after dealing with another rental agency that didn’t have the car we’d already paid for (!!) and didn’t seem to care. We will definitely return!
