Had to wait alone in the dark. The driver was also awful. No air conditioning not even a window cracked. Terrible at driving and braking hard. Had to grab the handle so I would not fall out of my seat. Twice she changed lanes because she was impatient for the red lights. I just wanted to get home relaxed but instead I was so pissed and angry and I just wanted to get out of the car to get fresh air.
September 17 · C DThey give you a five minute window and then they leave but the can come 49 minutes late and then they stack share ride after share ride so my trip takes 2 1/2 hours for 20 miles and we can’t use a bathroom we r just supposed to hold for hours, this place could care less about disabled people at all! More people need to let them know they can’t treat disabled people this way!!! We deserve equal treatment and to not be abused just because we r in a wheelchair!!

Only for them to reschedule you a new pickup time with no communication. It’s actually scary. 7/10 times you will be left with no communication. There’s got to be a better service.
August 10 · P HaleCheap low fare system for disabled persons but not efficient at all. Drivers often don't follow maps and bypass stops / destinations to pick up and drop off not paying attention to all their stops causing much longer rides than needed for the passengers.Whatshould be a 15 min ride can often be an hour and a half resulting in passengers missing appointments and/or the events they are headed to. Drivers expect passengers to give them a 20 minute arrival window yet won't wait but 1 or 2 minutes for the passengers forgetting the passengers are disabled. The booking system is very inefficient as you can only book one day in advance and can't book anything after 10pm for the next day.
August 01 · Gustavo MartinezNot reliable. You can sit on the van for up to 3 hours. That bothers me because this is a disabled service. They also will leave passengers stranded. I’ve had an experience where I’m literally waiting at my location then they park somewhere completely different and then leave claiming you weren’t there. If you can just take the bus or subway its easier. They will make you late to work or appointments. They do not care about passengers wellbeing.
