September 24 · Manas Express SupportDO NOT RENT A CAR HEREI normally go to Ontario Avis. I had to get my car serviced and this location was close to my job so I can pick it up on my lunch break. We reserved a car a week in advance when we get there the lady had us sign a form for a car inspection that we did not look at we declined and she said we can just take pictures. I told her We will not sign the papers until we inspect the car that’s a legal document. She also mentioned a $250 fee for bringing it bad dirty. Which i have never heard of but was not a big deal because we always take care of our rentals. She never gave us the key and the door was locks So we go to look at the car outside of the car to find the BUMPER SCRATCHED, passenger SIDE WAS SCRAPPED ON BOTH DOORS a dent also a lot of DEAD BUGS IN THE FRONT OF CAR. So we let the lady know she goes okay just take pictures. We go to put our things inside and noticed the whole car and trunk smelled like WEED ! Then we noticed liquid on the side of drink holder, DASHBOARD WAS NOT CLEANED, All the seats stained GUM ON CARPET AND LIKE SOMEONE TRIED PULLING THE FLOORING UP, Last but not least THE VISOR MIRROR WAS COMPLETELY MISSING. We called the lady who rented us the car Paula. She lets us know that we can get it washed and give us $25 for the wash but yet said it’s $250 if we bring it back dirty. Which we was given the car dirty. I let her know that is there job to make sure the rentals are ready to rent. She then says we can go see about a trade in at the Ontario location or wait until Friday to get another on from their location. She said that I’m more then welcome to just call the 800 number and see what they can do. This was the worse customer service and experience I ever had with renting. Please do better because this is not okay.
March 23 · Crystal YoungI love to leave great reviews when people do great things or even uphold the typical respect and thoughtfulness when it comes to helping paying customers. So, I usually would NOT Post anything negative because it’s time consuming to keep that energy. However, this branch, my very first time using them since I moved and it was not a good experience. I returned my car 1 hour and 7 min late due to voting in one of the most important elections in modern time…arguably of course. I asked was there any grace period for me to NOT be charged an extra day and she told me no only 20 min allowed. After the thousands I’ve spent being loyal to their company. No grace no smile no anything. Not happy, I was not asking to remove my charges, but just consider to give some grace. I do NOT recommend, for this reason and another lady there was bringing get car back because it was shaking on the freeway. Just FYI they were only going to give her an electric vehicle. No exceptions either. That’s all, good luck with them

Manager George made financing seamless! There was no hassle or back & forth. George is an absolute asset to AVIS. This team was truly on my side, which is rare to find! I got the vehicle I wanted, the contract terms I wanted, and without any doubt I am a VERY SATISFIED customer! I highly recommend this location for your vehicle needs. February 19 · Roxy Ayyy0 stars! I can’t believe what I experienced yesterday! I have never in my 44 years of life experienced a more rude and hostile manager in my life! I’m here traveling to visit family and my mil brought me to pick up the rental car that was reserved. The lady at the desk (who later when I asked for a manager said she was the manager) charged my card and then asked for a copy of my insurance policy. I said I’m traveling and I don’t have it but I have accident protection with my cc and under Costco. She then got very irate and said we no longer accept that you’ll have to take our insurance. I told her (mind you she continued to raise her voice at me speaking in a hostile manner the whole time!) that I can have my mil rent it for me and add me under her insurance which would only take a quick phone call which wouldn’t have been a problem. She said that was a problem, pushed my mil credit card and paperwork at her and said that she refused service to us! I was shocked and was like what do you mean we reserved a car and are trying to figure out what you need so we can rent the car! I got my sister on video chat because she was the one who made the reservation for me and raved about how great Avis is and I said can you please explain again why you refuse to rent to us, which is when she really went off and said “I already explained it to YOU, I’m not going to rent to you, you can leave!” We were shocked!! That’s when I asked for the manager which she said she was the manager she then said “leave now or I’m calling the cops!!!!!” I was blown away! My mil told her “you should be ashamed of yourself you are a bad manager and need to be retrained!” I have never in my life experienced anything as awful as this lady and her horrendous behavior! Needless to say we made a phone call, added me to my parents policy, and went to Enterprise where they were fantastic and had great customer service we will be going there from now on. I don’t know how other Avis locations are but I will tell all my friends and family who live in this area to steer clear of the location!!! This “manager” needs to be FIRED!
