However, if someone puts in a request for a rental, a response should be given whether or not a car is available or not. It's never cool to waste people's time especially when they have a tragic situation going on. This is what happened to me. I sent 3 quote requests as well as called Friday morning. Although he stated that he didn't have anything that morning, he advised me to call after lunch which I did but was told to callback around 4. Which I did only to be told that the Toyota Corolla I was advised of earlier was not available. As a matter of fact no cars were. Again, a response after the initial request would have been great! I'm not upset at no cars,I'm upset about the lack of good communication. Luckily there was another option afforded to me so I wouldn't have to miss anymore time from the family emergency I had. According to the reviews and the friendly demeanor of the man on the phone I'm sure it's a good business. However and unfortunately that wasn't my experience.

I left and called back & was told something different from owner ( Who I now know is owner) When I came back to the office & spoke w/Mr. Lee he said because I called & spoke with owner he couldn't "help me out"?? I didn't ask for your "help," I asked to rent a car. SmhDon't know what kinda business u people do here but mgr. & owner needs to be on the same page.... I just asked for the TRUTH in prices, fees! SmhI spoke to the mgr. (Lee) not the owner. And Lee you did say " I can work wonders" or something like that in reference to the $300 "so called" DEPOSIT I would have to pay that you DON'T charge some of the other customers (that's how you get your good reviews). I know what I said & I know what you said, don't lie. You have it on tape & I have you calling my phone....and what????

January 10 · Niyahh Mon'yaeeDude was MAAAD chill. (Mr. Lee) He was super efficient and really friendly. He told us what was what and it was a quick process too. He told us to apply when we called him, we did. And because we had the time of day we went to the dealership. We walk in and we get a happy smile and warm greeting by Mr. Lee. This man needs the BIGGEST raise. He genuinely cared about our situation and laid out our options. He recaps the information that we applied with and let us know what we were missing and any other additional. We told Mr. Lee what car we wanted to check out and he hands us the keys to get a feel for the inside. When we came back he was still running our information and making sure that everything was right on both ends. Mr. Lee starts talking to us to fill the empty silence and the conversations were enjoyable. It truly is better than just sitting in silence. Overall, loved the experience. The test drive was nice and he let us drive for as long as we wanted. We just needed to call him if it was passed 30 minutes.🙌🏾 Highly recommend
