ENS Transport Introduce
For residents and healthcare providers across the Tennessee region, particularly in and around Chattanooga, reliable transportation is often more than just a convenience—it's a critical component of wellness and necessary care. While the term “car rental” typically brings to mind a standard vehicle for leisure or business travel, the services offered by ENS Transport represent a vital, specialized sector of the local transportation landscape. ENS Transport is not a typical rental agency offering standard sedans and SUVs; rather, it is a dedicated and highly professional non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and handicapped transportation service.
ENS Transport fills a crucial gap for individuals who require more than a standard taxi or rideshare service to reach their destinations, especially those with limited mobility, those requiring the use of a wheelchair or stretcher, or those needing to travel for medical care. Their commitment, as reflected in customer feedback, is to provide compassionate, dependable, and timely service, ensuring that clients—from the elderly to those with special needs—can confidently attend scheduled appointments, undergo necessary treatments, or manage facility transfers with ease and dignity. The company, noted for its strong customer-focused approach built by founder Erica Stelle, has established itself as a reliable cornerstone of Chattanooga’s health and mobility support infrastructure. This is a specialized “rental” experience where the vehicle comes with a caring, trained driver and necessary equipment, delivering peace of mind alongside transportation.
The importance of a service like ENS Transport cannot be overstated in a community where medical appointments, physical therapy, and dialysis sessions are non-negotiable parts of life. Their operation focuses entirely on the client’s well-being and safety, contrasting sharply with conventional transportation that often lacks the necessary accessibility and trained personnel. When seeking a vehicle solution for someone with specific mobility or medical needs in Tennessee, ENS Transport should be viewed as the professional, tailored alternative to a mainstream car rental, providing a vehicle and full-service assistance.
The core of their service revolves around the secure and comfortable transport of clients who are ambulatory but require assistance, those in wheelchairs, and even those needing stretcher-equipped travel. This level of specialization means they operate a fleet equipped with accessibility features, driven by personnel trained not just in safe driving, but also in client care, including basic first aid and CPR. For families and care coordinators, knowing that a loved one’s ride is handled by a team committed to punctuality—even for early morning pickups—and safety is invaluable. This professionalism and specialization is what truly sets ENS Transport apart in the broader Tennessee transportation sector.

Choosing ENS Transport is an investment in specialized, reliable, and compassionate care for your essential travel needs in Tennessee. For those who require more than just a seat in a standard vehicle, this service offers a complete transportation solution tailored to medical and mobility requirements. What makes ENS Transport truly stand out is the dedication of its team, as evidenced by positive testimonials which emphasize the exceptional personal treatment clients receive.
The peace of mind that comes from knowing a loved one is being transported by a team that is not only punctual but also genuinely caring, cannot be underestimated. As one customer noted, the team is "amazing with the clients and making family members feel safe," highlighting the holistic approach to service that goes beyond simply driving from one point to another. The vehicles are equipped for safety and comfort, including necessary features like wheelchair ramps and the capacity for stretcher transport, which are essential for many in the community.
Furthermore, in the context of critical medical treatment, timeliness is paramount. The feedback that "they are never late and are always there with a smile" speaks volumes about the professional discipline and warmth of their staff. For medical appointments that rely on strict adherence to a schedule, this reliability is non-negotiable. While the cost for self-pay services may be viewed as an investment, the value delivered—professionalism, punctuality, a caring demeanor, and specialized assistance like helping to load and unload a client—clearly justifies the expenditure for a premium, non-emergency "car rental" experience where the driver is also a trained caretaker. ENS Transport is worth choosing because they offer a dedicated, professional, and genuinely caring transportation service that puts the needs of Chattanooga’s medically and mobility-challenged population first.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The ladies that work there are amazing with the clients and making family members feel safe. My mother has a 530am pickup time and they are never late and are always theater with a smile. I could never ask for more with them Erica Stelle has built a wonderful service. They even take private pay rides, wheelchair and stretcher clients.
June 25 · Shannon ForemanI’m not really sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I had a great experience with Kathy today. They are expensive though if you’re doing self pay but she also earned it getting out and helping to load/unload me. She was so nice and on time. Considering using again for surgery next week.
April 11 · Amber AsmiToday, my 93 and 94 year old parents had two rides with ENS Transport LLC.One of the rides was in a vehicle too small to transport the two passengers and their walkers. Therefore, the two elderly people didn't take their walkers. The second ride consisted of a van that had quite a bit of trash and was very untidy. Also, the driver had loud music and was singing to the music. At one point while I was talking to my Mom on the phone, my Mom asked the driver to turn down the music so my Mom and I could hear each other. The driver stated something along the lines of "are you asking me, or are you telling me". My Mom said she is asking her. The driver turned the music down a little and continued singing and dancing. The driver didn't even get out of the car to assist my 93 and 94 year old parents out of the vehicle and to their front door. Very lazy and sloppy and unprofessional driver and company, it seems.
June 20 · Darrell BowersOMG STAY AWAY!!!!! Showed up an hour late wouldn’t tell me her name.luckily my doctor seen me anyway. Called at 3pm to let them Know I was ready for pick up was told someone would be there in a few minutes at 530. I called to check where my ride was was told. They would be there again in a few minutes. Driver got there and wheelchair ramp into the vehicle was not big enough for my wheelchair. I am wheelchair bound so therefore I can’t get out of my chair called for another driver to pick me up. That driver was rude and complained about being up for so long and was tired and just wanted to go Home was told it would be an hour hour and a half before she could pick up because she was stuck in traffic went into Erlanger’s medical mall to get a bite to eat was gone 15 minutes when texting her an hour later she had already been there said she waited 20 minutes and came in to find me and couldn’t. I was just inside the door and Her had she pulled up and would’ve left. No she never came. She never showed up. She never picked me up my escort and I were stuck at Erlanger until noon the next day. Me not being able to transfer out of my wheelchair. I had no way to go to the bathroom and sat in wet clothes from 2 AM until noon. was able to come and pick us up. My skin is now raw. I have the flu due to being wet and cold all night long called Tennessee Carriers to find Transport all night long to no avail until noon when calling to complain and file a complaint on this driver the manager wanted to argue with me told me it was not important that she was had to deal with something else on the other line and would possibly call me back and hung up on me And refuses to answer my call now This has been very detrimental and now don’t even want to leave my house after being bedbound for eight years. This has been horrific. It has been traumatic and I don’t wanna leave the house to go anywhere with anyone for fear of being abandoned like that again I handled it But not well but what if this had been a little elderly person that was there by themselves or someone that didn’t have money to get something to eat or something to drink I was stranded. I was abandoned and I was completely forgotten about. Do not use this company. It is not BBB accredited it is a joke. It is a failure it is a waste of time space and energy energy and I complete entitled waste of money. I will be calling my insurance company and letting them know that they do not need to pay this company because they did not do their job properly I have even had to postpone my wedding due to having the flu from being left at the hospital.
December 12 · Amber KingHorrible experience!!! First time They came , I was almost an hour late to my appointment. Doctors office gave me a chance to come in but said I can't continue being extremely late which is understandable. Second time, They never showed up. I called the office 1 hour before my pickup time and the manager said they already been here. My appointment was at 1:30. I was out on the screen in porch since 11:00. My stepdad which is sick with having Chemo treatments , had to drive me to Cleveland
