August 26 · Jill Johnson-YoungI called today, 08-28-2025, I asked if they had assistance with after hours drop off or if someone could come and pick up the car, due to work schedule being unpredictable as a police officer. I asked speak with another employee, specifically the young lady who had amazing service, in order to problem solve the situation. He then proceeded to emphasize that he was the manager, even though that was not my request. He was rude, lacked customer service support or assistance. So, I would not recommend his services to anyone. I wish i remembered his name. But his attitude was very off putting and rude.

I used to expect quality vehicles and respectful service, but the last few months have been shockingly different. I've consistently received vehicles with issues, and the staff has been dismissive of my concerns.The last vehicle I rented was particularly concerning. The air conditioning seemed to be malfunctioning, causing me to feel ill and mentally foggy while driving. The air recirculation button was stuck on, continuously recycling bad air within the cabin. This was incredibly unsafe, and I genuinely feared for my well-being.Frankly, I'm beyond dissatisfied. I've complained to management before, and I even had to ask the assistant manager at the University location to stop marking keys with my name on them – it feels like I'm being intentionally given faulty vehicles. I don't believe I've been treated with respect, honesty, or integrity, and a refund would be the appropriate response to this unacceptable decline in service.On a separate occasion, my concerns were met with outright accusations. When I raised an issue with a vehicle, Brittany at the University location implied I was being dishonest, stating that there's "always something" with every vehicle I rent. When I asked if she was accusing me of lying and offered video proof, she declined to review the footage.This interaction was particularly upsetting, especially considering our previously positive relationship. Her behavior took a turn after I had to request that she refrain from making inappropriate noises during a phone call when I was attempting to lodge a complaint about a vehicle and Robert's conduct. I was gonna change companies but decided to give a different location a chance. I was in a bind, needed a vehicle asap and that's when I found the University location in Riverside. Robert the manager went above and beyond the call of duty. He not only got me in and out fast and at check in time, even arranged a ride home for me. The location may be smaller than the others, but the level of customer service they provide? It doesn't matter. They are my go to location now. Shout out to Brittany, Desiree and Robert for running a tight ship!
