Every time I need a decent rental car, I always choose Enterprise Rent A Car. Although their prices are higher than average market prices, they offer better service. But I had the worst experience ever this time! I booked a car at 8 am and I was at the store at 8 am, but that lady in the front desk who was Asian had me waiting for 40 mins. I asked her that why it took so long, she answered me my picking-up time was at 9 am, that was definitely a lie. I showed her my confrmation email that said the picking-up time was at 8 am, but she kept arguing that the system showed 9 a.m. She was not even saying sorry or something like that ever! She basically ruined half of my vacation! Also, they have very few drivers to drive you to the store or drive you home. I don't know if it's the enterprise that has lowered their service standards or if it's just that this store has changed its owner or manager. Anyway, they no longer offer high quality services anymore. If you want to save some money and don't care about the service quality, then why not choose AVIS or BUDGET? They offer the exact same car as well.The lesson I learned from this thing is that you should never be a loyal customer of any enterprise.

I had just had a terrible experience with T-Mobile car rental app, then Hertz in Glendora Auto Square confirmed a rental... I took an Uber there only to be told they had no cars.I then went to Enterprise got a firm confirmation at a price equivalent to the first two places that had let me down.David helped me with a great car and a very friendly manner. I won't be wasting my time on future rentals... I will just head over to Enterprise Covina.

Bad service .. they give dirty car when i recieved from them but i didnt complain to shopkeeper and when i return it in same way they try to charge 200$ for cleaning fee
