June 19 · Greg EakinsUnfortunately, this was one of the worst car rental experiences we have ever had. The staff proved to be incompetent, and the reservation system was not functioning properly. Despite having made a reservation and paid in full online, we were denied the vehicle upon arrival without any clear explanation. Additionally, there was a serious issue with the refund process – and to make matters worse, $1000 was charged to our account for unclear reasons. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional, and the entire situation left us without transportation. I strongly advise against using this rental company’s services.
May 20 · Kamila ZagorskaWe checked in for car rental pick up. We booked with our credit card that offers extensive insurance. The hertz agent then told us a confusing story on additional insurances and packages we absolutely needed. And the cost was 250. After continued asking this turned out to have been misleading. The 2 items we absolutely needed according her were 150 total if purchased separately. When I pointed this out, she couldn’t remember having said 250 minimum earlier and smiled deviously. In the end we only needed one additional item. The agent purposefully tried to mislead us to upsell us some non necessary package. Not ok.
October 09 · FlorianWe tried calling the desk to ask questions about our reservation, on multiple occasions the phone rang for over 30 minutes with no answer. When we showed up at the front desk the person seemed like she was bothered to check us in. When we asked where we needed to go to pick up the car she said in a disrespectful tone "outside". I would not recommend Hertz in Las Vegas to anybody if customer service is important to you. The car was clean and well kept. A check in process overall was quick. Those are the only good things I have to say.
