That makes no sense, the guy said sorry I only had 20min to clean it. The service is long wait time. I was going to exchange it for a other Tesla but it was bad condition then the one I had already so I took the same one I was driving. And they did say there's notting they can do for Receiving my vehicle dirty. Very Bad Service....

Luis took me out to the parking lot and showed me all the options available for me. Most of the cars that he showed me were not very clean and I asked him to help me with a good car so that I don't get low reviews. He then showed me an electric Subaru and helped me to adjust my reservation for this type of car. After the paperwork was done, he walked me to the car and sat inside with me and took the time to explain how all the features work since I had never driven an electric car before. I was shocked and surprised that it was a brand new car with only 28 miles. My entire time at this location was about 30 minutes start to finish, including my training on Electric cars. I know they have low reviews here, but there are still shining stars that go above and beyond. Thank you Luis.
August 24 · Stephen L(DO NOT RENT FROM HERE EVEN IF THIS WAS THE LAST HERTZ ON EARTH)I rented a vehicle from the branch manager SAL VACA #291941. He provided me a car a polestar 2 that I was going to used to drive uber with. The car went completely dead after 2 days and not due to charging but a bad 12v battery. I understand things happen but when I was informed the car just had received maintenance before I rented it and it was safe for me to get on the road, that’s what concerns me. So I returned the car after road side came an jump started the car , an then Sal switched me to another polestar 2. before I left I brung it to his attention that the car said deliveries only on manner app an that I’m not able to give rides in the car. He said that’s an uber issue an I need to call them to fix it , (WHICH WAS FALSE) I contacted uber and the informed me the car inspection documents wasn’t cleared by uber for the vehicle to give rides which is a major safety concern for me. (Sal the branch manager ID#291941) already knew the car was not cleared to make trips and still rented it to me. The car was unsafe to drive crooked steering wheel, and popping noises when you turn and accelerate. Had to get the car towed now I’m without a car and I spent my money and I’m not even able to drive uber to make money. It gets worst they’re closed on weekends an there still charging me. This Hertz by far is the worst experience.. Safety first especially when where using the cars to drive an pick up UBER passenger’s if the cars are not safe thats putting other people lives at risk .. UNACCEPTABLE
August 03 · Dee JayScammy and predatory rental program. They charge $311 a week for a car and don’t cover maintenance — not even flat tires. They give you old, worn tires, and if one goes flat, you’re forced to buy a new one at full retail, even though they get fleet pricing. Collision waiver is $14/day extra, and roadside assistance costs more too. I reserved an SUV for $250/week — when I arrived, they said no SUVs were available and gave me a smaller car at a higher price. Total bait and switch. Worst rental experience I’ve had as an Uber driver.
