CARSAN is honestly one of the best car rental companies I have ever visited in the U.S. First of all, all the staff are polite and extremely helpful. The car was spotless and shining when I picked it up. What impressed me the most, though, was their live support on the website—every time I needed assistance, no matter the hour, they responded immediately and were incredibly helpful. We rented a car with Carsan for 2 days and it was so simple, we booked online, got there, they only took a picture of my license and off we went. We had an amazing time with the car (their selection of cars is amazing), which made things way easier here in LA. When returning, we just parked the car, handed the key over and left, very straightforward and not a lot of paperwork.

PLEASE BE AWARE! I rented a vehicle this past week and was unable to return it on time because the battery went dead and I was unable to pick up my car from the shop.Forced to keep it an extra 3 days because of my job sites, they charged me double the daily fee.Clearly they have unreliable cars that are really worn down as well.I highly recommend using other companies like Hertz, Enterprise, Turo, etc

I rented a an SUV through them via Turo. They charged me $300 for a bumper scratch which I was adamant we did not do. I stupidly paid it since Turo sided with them as I didn’t have a good photo of the low bumper prior.They then fraudulently tried to charge me about 4,000$ for an entire bumper & headlight repair as a “supplement” 2 months later!I reported this fraud to BBB and FTC as it was totally ridiculous. I thought it had gone away. Now Turo has contacted my car insurance and is still pursuing me 2 years later.This has been nothing but a nightmare for me and I feel so frustrated. I would NEVER use Carsan in a million years and I am surprised they have good reviews. Look on Better business bureau and elsewhere many people complain of their shady practices.Just rent from a regular rentalCompany they don’t try to fraud you and charge you thousand of dollars for fake repairs. I will even attach a photo for you of what they claim I did and that is 4K of repairs. Fraud.
