★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Extremely understaffed, cheap cars, and bad response times. I rented a car from here for work and had to wait almost 20 minutes to be helped just to pick up a car that should have been ready, and there was only one employee working. After driving up to my work event, the tire pressure sensor light turned on and I had to go to another enterprise to switch out cars. I had to go during my lunch break because they were only open such short times, and they replaced it with the same cheap model, but at least it didn’t also have a tire issue. When I finally got back to drop it off, there was only one employee. I waited 20 minutes inside for the employee to even show and there were 5 other customers waiting with me. Since I was just returning she took mine and a few of the other customers keys and said she would email the receipt. I never received an email confirmation from my drop off, so I called a few days later and was on hold for 45 minutes getting recorded message that all workers were busy until the call just hung up on me at the 45 minute mark (I called at 3pm on a Wednesday when they say they are open).Update: Tried to call again the next day(Thursday) and was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. Went in store to try to get the receipt emailed to me as I need it to submit as my rental car was for work and the exact same situation as before was happening. This location is very understaffed. I understand the employees are doing what they can, but the corporation and owner need to do better. There were two women before me who had waiting over 15 minutes with no help and had to leave before they could be helped and switched their reservation to another business. The entire time I was there the phone was endlessly ringing as no employee was there to answer the phone. I had to go in person and waited for 20 minutes just to ask the employee to email me the receipt. They took down my information and said they would send it over after helping the other customers. Two hours later I still hadn’t gotten the email so I called again (as I need this receipt by end of day today) and was told they have been busy with other customers all day and will send it at the end of day. If your employees are so busy that they cannot answer any phone calls over a two period span on a Wednesday during regular business hours, a hour span on a Thursday during regular business hours, cannot help during 25 minutes in person at the store, and cannot take 5 minutes to send an email receipt over a two hour period you are understaffed!!! I don’t blame the employees trying their best to support, but it shouldn’t take me multiple days, four attempts to call, and an in person visit to get an emailed receipt! I will never be using enterprise again if I can help it. The other “budget” options have given me way better customer service and support when using them for rentals for work vehicles. Also, the link dropped below by enterprise for “help” is only open during central time business hours so not very helpful for those of us on the west coast if we can’t even submit it until the following morning. I understand there may not be a response until someone can look at it, but I can’t even submit a message until tomorrow morning (which would make it 3 days straight of trying to get support).
August 28 · Sarah “Kat” TraganzaProcess was easy. I asked for a truck and they gave me a truck. Mat was cool and friendly. Mat 5/5. Overall easy experience. The pick up took a long time. I think an Uber would have been faster but that is just me.
October 09 · On the MenuWent today to pick up a luxury car right when the store opened. Already two people in line and only one woman working. The female employee was snappy and rude. Not someone you'd want representing your business. After waiting 30 minutes to get helped, the luxury car I had rented was not there, she offered a mini-van. When I stated I specifically chose this location because of the availability of the luxury car, she told me that only means it's in the area and it's not her responsibility to have the car at her location. Wow!
October 16 · Kimberly Baker PotterDropped my vehicle at a body shop. Called them yesterday to verify the pick up time at 1030. They didnt arrived until 1100. Find out the deposit was 100.00 dollars instead of the 50.00 quoted over the phone. Wasn't to happy after being helped and the the clerk helped another person. I sat and waited patiently until asked to approach the counter. I am extremely disappointed with the service
October 16 · TReturned the car full tank and undamaged. I also paid for the coverage. I only drove to and from work. Have not gotten my deposit back and it’s been 2 weeks since returning the car. Gave 2 calls and both times they said “we will call back. you should call your credit card company and cancel the payment”. None of this collision was my fault so it should not be in my expense to pay the rental or call my bank. They also never got back to me. Only used this service because it was the company that was used by the collision center. Would not recommend to anyone. Poor customer service. Just use uber. It’s cheaper at this point.
