As a business owner, I understand that end-of-day tasks like inventory management and close-out procedures are essential—but there’s a delicate balance between handling those responsibilities and maintaining strong customer service. While several customers were waiting to be helped or return vehicles, much of the team’s attention seemed focused on wrapping up for the day. It created a sense of delay and disconnect for those still in line.The team also appeared understandably exhausted, which I empathize with given how busy the day must have been. At one point, an employee returned from an off-site appointment, and the team was surprised to see him—it was a lighthearted moment, but it also highlighted how stretched things were.I usually choose this branch for its great vehicle selection, but this time the car I received didn’t meet my needs in terms of size. When I asked about upgrading to a more suitable model, I was told there wasn’t any inventory available. The rep tried to assist, but options were limited—likely due to the timing and focus on end-of-day routines.I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve the experience for future customers. August 15 · Martin BarrantesI was in a accident reported to my car insurance who made arrangements for repair and arranged for me to get a rental.Everything went fine until today 6.16.25I drove into the CALIBER Collision where my car was being repaired.LATER IN THE DAY Enterprise Rent-A-Car came to pick it up the rental.I received a call and later received a picture, that was sent to me from Enterprise Mgr Amiee Taylor,stating that I left the car in this condition.These are embellishments from the manager Amy who I had a conversation with.FirstMy POV: I was in an accident, called my car insurance who arranged to have work done at caliber collision.I needed a rental and My car insurance set up with Enterprise rental car.Everything appeared normal until....Today 6.16.2025 at approximately 2:30 p.m. When I picked up my car and left the rental in caliber collision. I parked the rental car in the handicap parking space.Note: I left the car in the handicap space with no damage to the vehicle.As you look at the picture you cannot see the blue lines from the handicap space.💁Later after I return to my residence I received a call from Enterprise rental car letting me know that the front bumper on the left side was unhinged.I asked them to explain what they meant unhinged because I left it intact.After Enterprise rental car manager Amy set me a picture of what the car look like.Her confession to me was.Before they drove the rental car from the parking lot, where I parked it at CALIBER Collision this is what they saw.NEEDLESS TO SAY ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR SAID,THEY WOULD ASK CALIBER COLLISION TO USE THEIR CAMERAS TO SEE THE CONDITION OF THE CAR THAT I LEFT IN THE HANDICAP SPACE...... BLUE LINES.I CONTACTED MY CAR INSURANCE AND TOLD THEM WHAT JUST HAPPENED FROM ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR I THEN PROCEEDED TO CALL CALIBER COLLISION AND INFORM THEM OF THE SITUATION.INDICATING THAT ENTERPRISE WANTS THEM TO CHECK THEIR CAMERAS TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION THAT I LEFT THE RENTAL CAR IN THE HANDICAP SPACE.ALTHOUGH I CAN BE A FORGIVING WOMAN IT'S CLEAR TO SEE THAT ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR HIRES PEOPLE WITH NO WORK ETHIC TO THE POINT THAT THEY WOULD EMBELLISH THEIR STORY FOR A SITUATION THAT DID NOT HAPPEN.IS THIS THE KIND OF BUSINESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO?
June 16 · D UruetaTerrible experience. Requested a specific model of vehicle which we were told was available. Day later we were told they do not have it available even though we got a reservation and confirmation. Called other enterprises and were told that specific model would be available at 2pm. Just received another call they won't actually have it even though they adamantly told us they were expecting one. People were friendly, but man what a terrible experience. Not sure if they keep lying on purpose to try and get business or what. How can we keep being told they have one but then change their minds later?
August 26 · Jesse LylesI give this location 4 stars because there is one employee that really kills the morale in their office. Other than him, this Enterprise was great. The ladies that takes you to your rental are fabulous. One name is McKenzie and the other one, I can't remember her name but she's from Jamaica. Their customer service is why this Enterprise got 4 stars, if I just went off the guy at the front desk (to the left), I'd give them 1 star. Thank you ladies for making my experience better!
