Didn't have my car class said he'll try to call the other terminal but I have to wait, told him I'm already late, said we don't have any upgrades here only downgrade. I accepted the downgrade had no other options as I was already late, when I finally went to pick up the car there were many upgrade cars in the lot, he just didn't want to offer them to me so I was stuck with the downgrade, the delay, the poor customer service.

Don’t take a credit card that accepts payment for the card online and have me shuffle money to one you say will work and then that don’t and in the end I lose money and not even a single apology. I had a rep reach out to my business and you even made the poor dude at the counter verify when I had Sixt on the phone that the lady worked for Sixt. Why do you treat people like criminals and then not even offer an apology when she tells you to do your job and then you try to take me from a BMW to a Toyota Corolla and no price difference. I hope they find someone to replace you because you should be fired.

June 27 · Jay TravelerI’ve rented from hertz, national, enterprise and pretty much all of the rental car agencies before. Not once have I had as bad of an experience as I did with this location and agency. I Booked a rental car, I get confirmation email, I come to get my rental and talk to front desk and for me to get my rental car it will cost 2X the original price. From 600 dollars to 1200 dollars. I’m confused and they say without explaining “this is how it works” so either you pay double the price or you go with someone else… I proceed to go and call my boss to get approval to spend double the price on the car rental. Come back to the desk. Manager comes out and says he won’t fulfill my reservation. Of course I’m upset. Will never rent from this agency ever. And whatever response the manager comes up with. He doesn’t know how the first interaction went. He was told by his staff. Unprofessional, unkind, non empathetic and literally 0 customer service. I’ll gladly go on your blacklist 👍
